To receive the HCPA discounted rate for accommodations, registrants should make their own reservations with the resort no later than Wednesday, November 14th, 2018. After that date, rooms and rates are available only as space permits. All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card.
A block of rooms has been set aside for HCPA meeting registrants (rates included below). Please reserve your rooms today to secure their availability. Attendees who want their companies to be billed for hotel expenses must make prior arrangements with the credit manager of the resort.
