Owen Caine, Executive Vice President, Government Relations & Public Policy, joined other members of the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA) Coalition to meet with the Majority and Minority staff of the U.S. House of Representatives Appropriations Subcommittee for Interior and Environment on July 12. The conversation centered around the proposed 13 percent budget cut to the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) pesticide registration program. The coalition will continue to work together to ensure that Congress adequately appropriates funding of these critically important pesticide programs.
