As the first U.S. packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting deadlines draw closer and the concept continues to gain momentum, it is essential for companies to get acquainted with this new reality of complex and challenging regulations. Building off of the “Primer on Packaging EPR” webinar that HCPA hosted on April 16, 2024, this series of “EPR readiness” education modules and associated guidance documents, will include a checklist of steps for companies to take to get ready for packaging EPR and a glossary of important terms commonly used with respect to EPR.
