California’s Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) Seeks Green Ribbon Science Panel (Panel) Candidates

California’s Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is seeking candidates to fill vacancies on the Green Ribbon Science Panel (Panel). The Panel provides advice and acts as a resource to DTSC on a variety of scientific and technical matters related to implementation strategies for the Safer Consumer Product regulations.
DTSC is seeking individuals with practical experience who will inform its efforts to reduce adverse health and environmental impacts of chemicals used in commerce, advise DTSC on developing policies that encourage the design of safer products and manufacturing processes, and ensure that the DTSC’s policy recommendations have a strong scientific foundation.
